REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Agreement: I, agree to be charged the full price for all medical services provided by Abha Ayurveda. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for paying the complete cost of services via credit card or an online payment method

• Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
  • I understand and agree that no refunds will be issued if I cancel or reschedule my appointment with less than 24 hours' written notice to the practice.
  • I acknowledge that if I fail to attend my scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, it will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be provided
• Late Arrival Policy: I agree and understand that if I arrive late for my appointment, defined as arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, my appointment may be rescheduled if another time slot is available. However, I acknowledge that no refund will be issued if I arrive late and no alternative appointment slots are open.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling Procedure: I will promptly notify Abha Ayurveda by emailing [email protected] as soon as I become aware that I am unable to make the scheduled appointment. I understand that the only acceptable method for cancelling or rescheduling appointments is by providing a written notice to cancel via email to [email protected]
